A historical ambience for state-of-the-art cardiology

Location & architecture: KardioPro in the Neuer Stahlhof

We deliberately chose a building with an impressive history as the location for our private cardiology practice in Düsseldorf: the New Stahlhof in the Breite Strasse 69. This architectural jewel, which was built as an extension to the Alter Stahlhof in the 1920s, quickly gained a reputation as the „desk of the Ruhr“. The striking clinker brick façade, the strictly orthogonally arranged windows and the protruding pillars characterize the high-rise building in the Expressionist style. The Neue Stahlhof has been a listed building since 1983 and thus offers a worthy and inspiring setting. The combination of historical substance and state-of-the-art medical care reflects our aspirations: Traditional trust meets scientific progress.

The Sports cardiology is a central pillar of the expertise of PD Dr. med. Raphael R. Bruno and the KardioPro practice. Our commitment goes beyond the individual care of recreational and competitive athletes. We are actively involved in the medical care and promotion of regional junior competitive sport.

Medical checks for young talents:

We guarantee the Optimal medical care for the Martial Arts School Düsseldorf e.V. Through close cooperation with OrthoPro in Düsseldorf, we can offer comprehensive cardiology-internal medicine and orthopaedic examinations.

More than just a check-up:

We see our task in the Promotion and support of youth work. The cardiologic-internal examination with resting ECG is only the first step. We actively support the development of young players and provide information on essential topics such as Anti-doping, proper nutrition, infection prevention and optimal regeneration. We also provide young competitive athletes with the necessary knowledge about Resuscitation measures in sport, in order to be prepared for emergency situations. Our expertise in the sports sector also includes squad examinations for various teams.
